So I just saw New Moon. They changed the producer or director or whatever and I still couldn't take it seriously. Of course, a small part of that may have been who I was with, but nonetheless...ridiculous. Once again, Jasper and Alice were the highlights of the movie. But they weren't in it all that much. Come on, there IS a Team Jasper out there; and a Team Alice, too...
So, I say, "Oops, they did it again..." specifically because Jacob had some line about, "I did it again. I broke my promise." My response was to sing Britney Spears, of course, being a child of the 90s.
I thought it was kind of funny that all the previews before the movie were about unlikely love (except for Lovely Bones or whatever it's called). Anyway, they were movies that would probably appeal more to an adult audience...then there was Percy Jackson. And the preview was epic, especially on the big screen. I can't wait for that movie, even if they are changing things up from the book.
